Who else believes that Padmé is unappreciated in almost all Star Wars media besides the Prequels?

I mean she’s the wife of Darth Vader, mother of Luke Skywalker, former Queen of Naboo, grandmother of Ben Solo, and Leia follows deeply in her footsteps, but I haven’t heard her name since the Prequels! :(I would’ve loved to have heard Leia mention her mother and how she follows in her political footsteps in the Sequel Trilogy, but they treat Padmé like she’s nothing.Anakin and Padmé have one of the best love stories in Star Wars as well as her playing a very loving mother, but the only connection between her kids and Padmé are when she died holding them at the end of RotS.It’s very sad IMO, there was so much they could’ve done with her character in terms of references and even having her play a huge role in the formation of the Resistance (she could’ve been like a political idol for them). But I can’t recall her ever being referenced in the OT or the ST.I BELIEVE Padmé is one of the unsung heroes of Star Wars, she deserves so much more homage.Edit: I’m referring solely to Padmé’s lack of presence in the films, as well as the fact that very few characters know of her existence, but it’s very strange to assume that OT/ST characters wouldn’t have heard of her via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2CDY5JL
