[Spoiler] ROS ending

I'm sorry if this has been discussed, but I'm still not competent when it comes to Reddit searches.Even after all these months of seeing it, the ending of 'Rise of Skywalker' still bothers me.I'm talking about Rey burying the lightsabers where the old Lars home was. You know the place where Luke's aunt and uncle were brutally murdered while the stormtroopers left it in smoldering ruins.It makes no sense in universe and feels like it was purely done to milk our nostalgia for the original trilogy. If they had to do that particular scene why not have them buried/put in Padme's tomb on Naboo. Instead its Tatooine b/c ya know of those iconic shots from "A New Hope." Let's just forget the part that all Luke wanted to do was leave the planet and never looked back when given the opportunity. Leia's history with the planet is brief, but not great. She spent most of her time there as Jabba's slave.Summary: Their lightsabers should've been placed with Padme. It was a chance to finally show some link to their mother in the movies, but I guess the ending wouldn't work then. The fall of Luke's Jedi order makes no sense

In the prequels, the Jedi were shown to be a flawed organisation that had lost their way by becoming too involved in politics. This was the downfall of the Jedi of the prequel era. When Luke resurrected the Jedi order, he created a new order, one that would be more faithful to the Jedi of old. We know the personal failing of Luke (which I personally find super contrived) and what caused the downfall of the order, but it seems weak, as because we haven't been told any conflicting knowledge, we assume Luke's Jedi had been going strong up until Ben Solo turned. Does anybody else find it super unsatisfying that Luke's order fell through no fault of its structure or beliefs, and instead was completely destroyed by one freak incident? Furthermore, how can writers expect us to think a Jedi order will fare any better under Rey? If LUKE SKYWALKER can't sustain a Jedi order more than 30 years, how can we assume that Rey will? via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/2Mjv7oK

Just watched rise of skywalker for the first time.

I was abysmally disappointed with last jedi and force awakens for reasons I won't get into, that's a different discussion. I had heard reviews of the rise of skywalker and didn't want to go in with a bad mentality. So I waited. I waited until the buzz died down, and I basically forgot all the negative reviews. I went in with zero expectations. And I was still disappointed. It's cheesy, poorly written, too convenient (easily finding the clue Luke was looking for for years?), and just unoriginal. Not to mention a little ridiculous in the force power department, with the teleporting items and phantom fights.If you enjoyed it, I'm glad, I don't want to ruin that for you, this is just my personal opinion. GTA like Star Wars: Bounty Hunters Game?

So imagine if Star Wars had a GTA like game with bounty hunters? Do it would mainly take place on Corosaunt but maybe there can be multiple maps that you can travel to? Watching Clone Wars and I feel like the Jedi Council should have known about Anakin and Padme?

I’m on season two of the Clone Wars. Anakin is frankly awful at hiding his feelings and Padme obviously doesn’t know how to hide her thoughts. Are you sometimes impressed by the tactics of Palpatine in Order 66?

I've watched the last clone wars season and lately read again the last of the four republic commando novels and everytime a little detail comes to light about Order 66 I'm like, Damn this guy knew what he was doing. Like placing a high ranking clone with every Jedi General, stretching the whole army and the Jedi with them over the whole Galaxy, let alone breeding a clone army in secret long before it all begins, placing lots of clone troops on coruscant as street guards shortly before the Order gets executed, etc, etc. Like there are so many little details about Order 66, it's just crazy. via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/2Mhe4Uk
