I’m actually impressed with ROS given how outlandish and ridiculous the story is.

If you read the plot of this movie on paper, it’s like “holy shit, this is bad”. It’s a huge leap and super random, but damn did I enjoy the movie. They really ended up putting it together quite well, and I thought it made a lot of sense actually, even with the numerous plot holes, I was able to look over them and enjoy the movie.I definitely wish Palpatine wasn’t in the movie though, but hey they did a pretty good job with him. JJ is truly a great director in my opinion, though I guess he does deserve a lot of the criticism he has received. My personal idea for the direction of the sequel trilogy would have been a lot different, but I do appreciate what we got. They committed to their plan and really brought the story to life in an impressive way. via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/2WynaCq
