So far I think it’s been fantastic. Episode 2 was one of my favorite Star Wars stories ever. I loved the whole ‘Dances With Wolves’ thing they did with Boba and the Tuskan’s. The captive and training scenes were great. I loved the whole “vision quest” aspect of it, and the train scene was excellent. I love the little throw ins too like the Hut twins, the badass Wookie guards and the empty Rancor pit. They are just setting this up so you’re going to have episodes that are more world building. People are complaining that he isn’t just shoot first and ask questions later, but I thought that his whole ordeal with the Sarlaac and then the Sand People was there to show you why he’s more diplomatic now. That experience changed him as a person and they did very well done flashbacks to show you HOW that happened. That’s called character development. Him just tearing up a room all the time would get old real quick. It’s nice to have some intrigue and watch him try to use a little politics AND violence to get things done. We’re watching him grow and that to me is far more interesting than just watching a silent guy blow shit up. I know this show seems to be divisive and everyone is entitled to their opinion, just wanted to post mine. Also, Pedro Pascal’s voice cameo had me rolling. I’m loving it so far. Anyone else digging it as much as me? Anyway, cheers SW fans! via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/3I9Q803
