Star wars has a growing problem with dead people, in that they don't stay dead.Boba Fett, maul, ahsoka, various Jedi post order 66, palpatine, numerous characters throughout TROS, and more I'm blanking on. People are even trying to push the idea of Mace Windu somehow coming back.Some of these were cool moments, but it lessens the impact of a characters death and the risk of death if you know that someone might just bring them back in a few years.Let dead characters be dead.
