Theories are fun, but..

if your theory involves the words "Darth Plagueis" or "Darth Bane" I think you're setting yourself up for a lot of disappointment.These movies are commercial undertakings created to cater to an incredibly diverse audience who overwhelming won't know the minutiae of the lore. Whatever the reason Palpatine returns, it will be explained and easily understood by the cinema-going audience.
