[spoilers] One of the great fixes R1 did concerning Darth Vader in ANH

So there's this thing with Darth Vader that had bothered me a bit in ANH until R1 came about.In his very first scenes in ANH, Vader is angered and over-the-top upset, which - to me - seemed out of character when compared to the other movies. He was always cool, collected and thus menacing. But on the deck of the ship they just captured he seems to have lost all his marbles when he shouts "Commander, tear this ship apart until you've found those plans! And bring me the passengers, I want them alive!"Having seen the ending of R1 where the plans had just been snatched right in front of his nose - literally just a few hours before the scene in question - it justifies that (seemingly) out-of-character outburst. via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2hUv2tQ
