For those who have watched Westworld, if we ever got a Star Wars world, what would the mundane "front of the park" activities be that all of the casual fans and tourists would want to participate in? What would be the expert level activities for the hard core fans?

In Westworld, they use robots and advanced tech to make a theme part pseudo-reality world where you can do anything you want. A theme in the TV show is that you don't want to take the first "quest" offered up because it is overdone and basic. If you want the real challenge, you need to work yourself deep into the park. If you stepped off a shuttle in Mos Eisley, or maybe even a neighborhood in Coruscant, what activities would the hosts be trying to get you to participate in?
