Looking for novels that really dig into the Force and teachings/beliefs.

I don't mind if it's canon or EU or legends/whatever they're calling it these days. I'm looking for some novels that focus on Force teachings and traditions. Not just Jedi and Sith. Possibly Gray Jedi, or other non-lightsaber wielding Force traditions.I've read I, Jedi. Thought it was fantastic. I've had to replace my copy twice. I think Corran Horn walked the line between Jedi and Gray Jedi. Also, is there a Gray Jedi handbook similar to the three books for Jedi/Sith/bounty hunters?Any suggestions?
