Ive rewatched rogue one and being a casual Star Wars fan, i was slightly confused but towards the end of the movie (from the scariff scene to the ending) the movie peaked and it was amazing. This film is the second best star wars film for me, with ROTS being the goat. The emotional tension that rogue one had towards the end was amazing, and how all the characters pass adds onto the emotional part- not to mention the vader scene with the desperation of transporting the plans. Such an underrated movie in the Star Wars universe, many argue that ESB is the best but in my opinion it didnt hold its emotional parts as long, the only main one being vader is Luke’s father. Just wanted to post this to clear my mind about this, I cannot believe this film isn’t talked about as potentially being the goat via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/8O3IXRr
