The Jedi under-reacted to finding out Palpatine was a Sith Lord

When Anakin went to Mace Windu and told him, Mace Windu acted like it was just a fly in the ointment and not a really big deal. Also the way he said “A Sith LORD?’And when Anakin says “I think Chancellor Palpatine is the Sith Lord”. You think? Not only has he been hinting at it since he’s known you, but he just straight up admitted it to you.
