something has been bugging me about palpatine. anyone with a better knowledge of the lore could help ?

for context i’m currently rewatching the prequels (watched them first as a kid - didn’t understand much of the plot) and the clone wars for the first time.sheev palpatine is a sith. so he’s force sensitive. the jedi have a list of every force sensitive child in te galaxy. how come did they not know about him when he was a child ? because afaik, you’re born force sensitive or you’re not, and if you aren’t, then you never will be via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/3snIed0
