Why did people hate Hayden Christensen's Anakin SkyWalker

I honestly feel it was FANTASTIC. He was a Jedi very similar to Ashoka when she was introduced, but instead of an ark where the Jedi Order and Anakin turn Ashoka into a more likeable and good character, in Palpatine's fantastic plan to take over, he started to strain the relationship between Anakin and the Jedi Order and Obi-Wan. It is a fantastic turn to the Dark Side, almost something out of a Shakespearean play. He is having visions planted in his mind, that only come true if he thinks they will come true. He decides to seek ways to save Padme, and that's when Palpatine tells him about Darth Plagieus. When Anakin asks if it is possible to learn this power, and Palpatine now knows he has him, telling him only a Sith can learn this power. He continues to strain this relationship with the Order and Obi-Wan with Anakin, up until the fight between Mace Windu and Emperor Palpatine. Palpatine has been setting up this whole fight, and knows Anakin will walk in on them. So he purposely loses the fight. This has Anakin be faced with a decision. Embrace the light side and let the Sith Lord be killed, or embrace the dark side in seek of a power he needs to save Padme. He chooses the Dark side. This has emporer palpatine say that he does not yet posses this power. Since Anakin is now finally fully devoted to him, since he is Padme's only chance at living in Anakin's eyes, Palpatine now uses him as a puppet to do all the dirty work. Killing younglings, killing separatist leaders, and almost Obi-Wan, if not for his hubris. And if it was his monotone voice, Darth Vader did the exact same thing, just with the voice changer it sounds SO MUCH COOLER. via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/2ROzfn6
