TLJ foreign language dubs - what pun context was used for Poe's "General Hugs" joke?

Folks who've watched foreign language dubs of The Last Jedi, how do they do that scene where Poe keeps calling Hux "General Hugs". Obviously, the joke in English is that Hux thinks he's so tough, and hugs are sweet and friendly... but what's the pun context in other languages?
