I think there could be an argument that Mace Windu is the biggest contributor to Anakin's fall to the Dark Side

Mace Windu has NEVER trusted anakin, and was against his becoming a jedi from the very beginning.Mace Windu was a leading advocate to expel Ahsoka from the Jedi order. He never believed that she was innocent, then when he found out she was he was like "lol that was actually your trial!" Personally, I think that was the last straw that caused her to leave. This was very hard on Anakin, and further shook his trust in the Jedi council.Once again, in Revenge of the Sith Mace Windu does not trust Anakin enough to assist in the Chancellor's arrest. If they had gone together, the situation would have been much more easily controlled, and he'd probably still be alive.Really he's a huge prick isn't he.
