Rogue One was frightening. It made you feel the weight of the Empire and the desperation of the Rebellion.

This is the movie that made you see the power and emotions of these characters, and when one died... it hit you. Even Krennic. A guy who just wanted some power and to be known. Like a kid aspiring attention from his parents. We always looked at the Death Star as some weapon. This time... it was terrifying. It was like watching a nuke go off in your backyard. Seeing the destruction it brought... wow. It hit me. It felt like 2012: Star Wars edition. The horror of it is just aweing. The rebels were deperate. Willing to go on suicide missions to save people, but at the same time bringing collateral damage to civilians. To me the saddest scene was the rebel at the end who knew it was his end... but put the Death Star data first and made sure it was taken to safety. It put you into the heart of a war, where the bad guys are good guys, and the good guys are bad guys, and all of them are still just different shades of grey. via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2hMiphS
