So I'm working on designing a game where one of the aspects is what planets are controlled by which group. I'd like to make it a bit more than a simple binary determination and try to incorporate things like economics, politics, gross population, etc. So that lead me to the question of what would prompt a planet to support or oppose the Empire. And to be clear, I'm not talking about planets that are held under martial law. We're not talking about Planets where Moff Tarkin or Vader have an entire army of soldiers to enforce their laws regardless of what the populace wants, or Pakpatine is there to enforce his will over the populace, but rather the populace chooses to support the empire. via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/FfPXdpK
