Did Lucasfilm really not like the character of Shaak Ti in Ep.3?

I remember when the dvd came out in the deleted scenes there was a scene where Grievous killed her at the beginning of the movie. Now I’m watching on D+ and looked up to see if they had deleted scenes and apparently they have one where Anakin killed her at the Temple and I don’t remember that one from the dvd. Just so weird that there were two separate death scenes for one character that got developed.Also I could have sworn I remember Luminara in the Grievous deleted scene but that could also have been an imagined part from that many years ago. via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/fdmX3Js
