I don’t mind the sequels however I almost couldn’t stand Rise Of Skywalker. Made no sense to me why at the end when that old lady asks what Rey’s last name is she says “Skywalker.” Like aren’t all of the prequels about Rey finding her true self, yet when she FINALLY does find out where she comes from, she almost completely disregards it and identifies as something she is not. I get she doesn’t want to be a Palpatine but I think it’d be cool if she embraced her last name and told that lady who she really was, almost as if she’s saying she’s going to turn the last name from something evil to good and turn around it’s reputation.
