In the entire franchise what do you think is the single greatest scene/moment?

I really want to say something as famous "Do or do not..." or the Death Star trench run. But for me it's in Rebels *SPOILER* when Ahsoka is fighting Vader and she breaks open his mask and we see Anakin inside.
