Did Luke use the green crystal from Yoda’s lightsaber for RotJ?

So I’m thinking about where he got the green blade, and that we don’t see him in a cave of khyber crystals. We know yoda has a green lightsaber.Did Luke recycle the parts to build his new lightsaber? via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/2O2scCV
