Seriously. I never thought he was bad, but I also never realized he played the part perfectly. At this point in the series, he’s already been torn apart by everyone he loves. He has every right to feel like everyone—Padmé, the Jedi Council, Obi-Wan—has betrayed/is using him for their own desires. At the same time, they had every right to ask these things of him based on Sheev’s obsoletion of the Constitution/Republic.This time around it felt like the finale to a tv series; a story that’s been inevitably building up to something absolutely heartbreaking.Good shit. via /r/StarWars http://bit.ly/2HMFm5R
