I am curious to hear what people say is their favourite piece of music in the entire franchise. My favourite isolated piece is The Final Duel, which plays when Vader taunts Luke with the prospect of turning Leia evil, and Luke loses his composure in Return of the Jedi. It's an emotional, climatic way to end their three film feud, bursting with emotion after a steady, uneasy buildup of pent-up anger between father and son. I've linked it here: https://youtu.be/L63In39n86cMy favourite film score overall though belongs to Revenge of the Sith, pieces like the slaughter of the Jedi and the Battle of the Heroes, between Anakin and Obi-Wan really capture great emotions and intensity of sadness and anger.
