Asking 'what if' has always been a part of being Star Wars fans and over the years, we've asked what would happen to the Star Wars universe if the unexpected or the opposite happened during some of the most pivotal events of the films. While there have been what if books in Legends, I would love to see Marvel publish a new line of 'what if' graphic novels in the style of DC's Elseworld stories. Elseworlds stories, for those who don't know, were graphic novels that depicted the DC universe if an event or character had been altered, such as Superman's rocket landing in Soviet Russia instead of the American midwest. With a what if series, not only would we get to see in depth, detailed examinations of questions like what if Luke joined Vader on Bespin or what if Anakin had been killed in his battle with Obi-Wan, but we would also get to see writers and artists of Marvel offer their takes on these questions and even pose new ones. via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2vo7Cjz
