I was listening to the Ahsoka Audio Book and I suddenly wondered if Bail was keeping Leia's relationship to Vader to himself. At the end of RotS, Obi-Wan and Yoda have watched the recording where Sidious calls Anakin Vader. Obi-Wan takes off to confront Anakin/Vader while Yoda goes to confront Palps. It appears that they must have had some kind of plan involving Bail since Yoda signaled him and he was ready for the pickup.Obi-Wan defeats Vader and brings Padme, some time passes as they try to figure out what to do. One can assume that they discuss what has happened and what is going to happen with Bail. Now, did they neglect to mention that Anakin was now a Sith Lord called Darth Vader? I don't think they would keep important info from Bail intentionally. Maybe they didn't think it was important, or maybe it was embarrassing. However, I can't imagine that it wouldn't be part of any conversation involving what happened at the temple or on Mustafar. Even if the name meant nothing to Bail at the time, when the Dark Lord became prominent in the Empire, it should filter back into his brain as part of the conversations revolving around one of the worst days in history. via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2kIPn85
