Basically me and my mother are doing a "tradition" as of now where we are watching through all of the Prequel Era content, then later we're gonna move into the Imperial/Original Trilogy Era. We Started with The Phantom Menace & Attack of the Clones but most recently we’ve watched The Clone War’s Micro-Series by Genndy Tartakovsky. I’ve gotta say it’s a pretty great introduction for characters like Grevious and Assaji Ventress. Me and her were utterly surprised by how ruthless Ventress was as an antagonist when she first showed up, and overtime my mother has grown to really appreciate her as an antagonist in The Clone Wars as a show. The same goes for Grevious honestly who she was already aware of, but didn’t actually know much about his backstory but was honestly really surprised by how effective he was in battle against several Jedi Masters & Knights… she jokingly called him an “Angel of Death” while we watched him kill all of the Jedi there aside from Ki-Adi-Mundi & Shaakti. Overall she also thinks this was a great introduction to the character. I cannot say I disagree. As for the show as a whole I really liked it, it’s got some very great action and I think does a good job of filling in what happened between Attack of The Clones and The Clone Wars as a whole, along with the Star Wars: Republic comics which we've watched videos on. Even if it’s part of the old Expanded Universe & not the current one aside from some of these battles and certain scenes being referenced in the current EU. As for what we think about Star Wars: The Clone Wars, so far I've enjoyed it but will be saving me and her opinions on that once we finish the first half of the show, specifically Seasons 1-3. via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/oLitImA
