In the Clone Wars, when Echo's ship blows up, presumably killing him, you can actually see his body get flung from the crash, hinting at his eventual survival. Nice detail I hadn't noticed before.

I live in an area of Houston that was faced with mandatory evacuation because of a potential levee breach on the Brazos River. Once the mandatory evac notice came my fiance and I grabbed our go-bags in a hurry and gtfo. I had to leave my Star Wars room to fate. They shouldn't reveal the title for Episode IX until the first trailer drops

I watched the trailer for The Last Jedi again and thought about how cool it would be if we didn't know the trailer, and only found out after Luke said "It's time for the Jedi to end." It would've been a double whammy for the audience. They could make the title reveal/ first trailer an event to watch out for. To go the extra mile they could call the movie "Episode IX" on YouTube and social media when it drops. I know there's no way they would wait for the trailer, but it would help make the final movie in the trilogy even more of an event than it will be. via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2wR4LEW

Did Vader let Luke win (I know it's an old question, but there's a specific detail that makes me think so)

When Luke and Vader fight and Luke is enraged, look closely at what happens.They enter the bridge. Vader evades (lol) Luke's slashes, BUT, for really no reason at all, goes to his knees and leans on the ceiling, basically just letting Luke slash his hand off.There is literally no visible reason for Vader to go to his knees there. There was enough space on the bridge to keep going backwards.It doesn't look like a big deal when you're captured by the movie and the emotions, but if you look at that scene objectively and maybe without the soundtrack, it looks rather obvious.
