Does no one in Star Wars get get Post-Traumatic Stress(I think thats what its called?)?

Like for example one day Luke is living on Tatooine having only shot Womp Rats(As far as I know) in his life and then later that same day he is killing StormTroopers(Living people!) with no remorse or anything via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/irsTzVe
