Anyone had fun experiences sharing the movies with their kids for the first time?

Just got to watch my son experience the Darth Vader reveal in ESB for the first time…magic.A surprise was that he hasn’t immediately connected Vader to Anakin - which I forgot the film doesn’t actually explicitly say.Anakin, who he knows from Lego, is his favourite - and he was sad when it was revealed he had died when we watched ANH. Was wondering what he would think about him being Vader, his other favourite (worryingly?) - but that can wait until ROTJ.Reassuringly, one of his big questions was “Why did he cut of Luke’s hand if he’s his Dad?”Nice to know that’s not the sort of thing he expects dads to do… via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/06EVUiL
