One thing I appreciated about the prequels

I really loved the level of detail and continuity they had. There was always so much going on in the background it can be fun to watch the prequels just to look at what isn't the focus of the scene. For example, the alien species. There were so many background aliens that were the same species as background aliens in the OT. Twi'leks, Rodians, Mon Calamari, Quarren, Bith, Nikto, Theelin, Ancona, Pacithhip, there were just so many familiar aliens lurking in the background.I also love the fact that starting with the Special Editions, every single movie and TV show uses the same alien alphabet and it is always accurate and translatable.
