Inhibitor Chips

Question/theory: We know that Master Sifo-Dyas ordered the creation of the clone army. We know that Sidious had Dooku murder Sifo-Dyas. The story goes that Sifo-Dyas had given the Kaminoans the chips to protect against rogue jedi giving the clones orders, and after his murder Dooku adjusted the programming and turned it in Order 66. My question, because the timeline isn't totally clear, shouldn't there be an early generation of clones that don't have the chip with Order 66? Since the chip has to be implanted early in the embryo, doesn't it make sense that a small number of older clones that survived the war would be confused by all the other clones killing the jedi?​Any thoughts on this? via /r/StarWars https://ift.tt/FJ5gE8A
