While watching TLJ, I spotted the director of Rogue One - Gareth Edwards - in a cameo role as a resistance fighter on Crait (he's standing next to the fighter who tastes the salt on the ground). I remembered seeing in a YouTube vid that Gareth Edwards also had a cameo in his own film Rogue One as a rebel on Leia's Tantive IV. The thing is he hasn't aged a day in the 30+ years which pass between the events of those two films, and there's only one thing in Star Wars that can grant you that kind of perpetual youth: Sith powers.Yep, you heard it here first. Gareth Edwards' character in Star Wars is the elusive Darth Plagueis the wise, masquerading as a fighter under the command of Princess Leia. I reckon we'll see this big reveal happen in IX. via /r/StarWars http://ift.tt/2Cijw3u
