So I've been thinking a lot lately about the potential of a Star Wars live-action series. LFL has expressed some interest in it, especially when the rights were first purchased by Disney. I think Kathy has spoken about it as well.I believe the best course for a Star Wars live-action series might follow the "anthology" model that we've seen in shows like Fargo and True Detective. This allows us to see a lot of different topic/stories set within the Star Wars world.We could have a season focused on a story of the Jedi and Sith in the Old Republic. A season centered around the Gold Squadron, showing the daily lives of Rebellion pilots. Maybe that Bounty Hunters storyline could be its own season.This way, there aren't any constraints on what period we'll be covering and we have a multitude of story possibilities!Any thoughts on this type of series?
